Dietary wellness is the foundation for having a healthier, happier, more youthful life, and actually reversing disease.
Do you really care enough about yourself to gain optimum health?
Eternal Youth Is Your Choice!
- Nutrition: a healthy diet must be a lifelong endeavor
- Digestion starts in the mouth, chew your food well
- Avoid ice cold beverage and do not drink beverages with meals
- Do not eat heavy foods upon arising or before retiring
- Exercise: daily include walking and stretching
- Eat only when very hungry, and then under eat
- Do not consume saturated fats (*ask our Staff about Facts on Fats)
- Consume only natural whole foods, as God intended
- Water: drink 6-8 glasses of pure *electron rich alkaline water
- Avoid highly processed foods which overwork the organs
- Consume 50% raw ”living” foods and extra fiber
- Steam, broil or bake your foods and undercook vegetables
- Sunshine: enjoy sunshine on a daily basis
- Cleanse your system periodically by fasting with pure, fresh juices (*detox)
- Omit white flour, white sugar, white rice, white salt and pepper
- Avoid foods with preservatives and additives
- Temperance: avoid alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, drugs and stress
- Take quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplements daily
- Avoid precooked & processed foods that destroy enzymes and nutrients
- Consume foods free of toxic insecticides and chemicals (*detox)
- Air: enjoy clean *environmentally rich fresh air (*air filters)
- Keep active mentally and physically
- Maintain a positive state of mind
- Pray and be thankful for everything
- Rest on the seventh day: be grateful for who you are and where you are
- Do not expect the impossible, set realistic goals and achieve them
- Love your neighbor as yourself
- Trust: have faith in God!
